As core of web-development we use python/django . No PHP and RoR at all.

Technology stack



We have a word, describing our working process the best — flexibility.

We would really like to say, that working on each project we follow best Agile Practices, but we can’t. Sometimes, it’s totally impossible. Sometimes, it’s useless.

But, when possible, we take Scrum Board and start the show.

What we really do on 99% of projects:● TDD (we believe in unit-testing)● version control (we believe in Git)● code-review (we believe in quality assurance)● continuous integration (we like to share current state of project)● cool management (we believe in Redmine Power)

Process



And the best word, to describe our management style is: availability. We believe that availability is the key feature for such outsourcing companies like ours.

Our TimeZone is UTC+2 (+3 in Summer) and our office works from 9:00 till 19:00, but our managers are always ready to take extra time on evening or during weekend.

We’re building optimal management process for each project, but almost each includes:● weekly (or daily, if necessary) meetings using Skype● email updates● issue tracking and confirmations using Redmine
