Search Warrant for the Barn where Jonathan Douglas Richardson tortured and raped 4-year-old Teghan Alyssa Skiba when he was taking care of the child while her mother, Helen Roxana Reyes, was performing military training. Teghan died of injuries inflicted by Richardson. He was charged with Child Rape and First Degree Murder, and Reyes was charged with Felony Child Abuse.
