JDNoffersarangeofairhoistsandtrolleystailoredtoyourspecificneedsforhandlinghigh-pressureinjectionheadsintrucktankcleaninginstallati-ons.Allhoistsaresuitableforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveare-as.Thankstotheirsensitivepushbuttoncontrolswithemer-gencystopfunction,theyenab-letheinjectionheadstobeloweredinsidethetanksinacontrolledmanner.Becausethehoistsaresuitableforoil-freeoperation,thereisnoneedforadditionallubrication.

Dependingontherequirements,youcanchoosebetweenthehoistsfromthe“mini”Economyseriesandthe“Profi”series.

JDNairhoistsfromthe“mini”Economyseriesareavailablewithcarryingcapacitiesfrom125to980kgforanairpressureof6bar.Theirexplosionclassifi-cationisExII3GDIIAT4.

Forhigherrequirements,werecommendthehoistsfromthePROFIserieswithcarryingcapacitiesfrom250kgupwards.

TheexplosionclassificationforthestandardversionsofJDNProfiairhoistsisExII2GDIIAT4/II3GDIIBT4.ThesearealsoavailablewithincreasedsparkprotectionwithExII2GDIIBT4classification.Ifyourexplo-sionprotectionrequirementsarenotcoveredbythisrange,JDNalsooffersspecialmodels,whichcanbedevelopedtogetherwithyou.

AllJDNhoistsarealsoresistanttohumidity,vapoursandextre-metemperatures.
