All hoists are suitable for use in potentially explosive are- as. Thanks to their sensitive push button controls with emer- gency stop function, they enab- le the injection heads to be lowered inside the tanks in a controlled manner. Because the hoists are suitable for oil-free operation, there is no need for additional lubrication. Depending on the requirements, you can choose between the hoists from the “mini” Economy series and the “Profi” series. JDN air hoists from the “mini” Economy series are available with carrying capacities from 125 to 980 kg for an air pressure of 6 bar. Their explosion classifi- cation is Ex II 3 GD IIA T4. For higher requirements, we recommend the hoists from the PROFI series with carrying capacities from 250 kg upwards. The explosion classification for the standard versions of JDN Profi air hoists is Ex II 2 GD IIA T4/II 3 GD IIB T4. These are also available with increased spark protection with Ex II 2 GD IIB T4 classification. If your explo- sion protection requirements are not covered by this range, JDN also offers special models, which can be developed together with you. All JDN hoists are also resistant to humidity, vapours and extre- me temperatures. We also offer training courses in the operation, maintenance and repair of JDN hoists throughout the second half of the year.
