• Sole responsibility for cleaning, arranging and organising the hospital and theatre areas. Also for nurse training in all aspects of the practice.

• Organising the day including making appointments for consultaions and surgeries based on the day's calendars for three veterinarians

• Self taught building and maintenance of the practice website and I wrote and regularly updated the information leaflets and complied the new puppy and kitten packs

• A/R, A/P including arranging payment plans, Payroll, inputting invoices into FileMaker Pro program, sending invoices and statements, paying bills. Placed orders via text, online, email, organising discounts, reconcilling supplier accounts

• Banking management including logging regular outgoings and income to create a 2-4 week Cash Flow forecast using excel, internet banking, importing CSV files and other methods

• Tax compliance management, P35 compliance and filing year end tax returnsKey Skills
