Why do we do it?

Our support of Roma community

• To offer equal opportunity for Roma citizens• To integrate Roma citizens into work processes• To reduce unemployment among the Roma community• To increase qualification levels of Roma children

Achieved effects

Work and regular income represent a basis for:• Reduced poverty• Reduced criminality• Improved family care • Regular payments for school, accommodation, water, utilities

Roma community support project

Work opportunities for adults

• Based on Agreement on Temporary Assignment of employees to another employer

• Recruiting of potential employees based on council leaders’ recommendations

• Currently 110 participants (more than 90% are from Roma community)

• We cooperate with the following municipalities:

• Velka Ida council office• Kosice - Saca council office• Kosice - Lunik IX council office
