Tip 2: Choose your password carefully. You will be prompted to change your password at first logon and every 90 days.

Change you password on an IOE workstation or remotely via the Portal.

Note: If you have enrolled online you will not need to change your password at first logon.

Tip 3: As soon as possible once you have changed your password, register with the self-service password reset tool.

Tip 4: Use your IOE Office 365 email.

On IOE student workstations, use ‘Favourites’ on your web browser and select ‘Office 365 and IOE email’.

Tip 5: Your Virtual Learning Environment (Moodle) username and password are the same as your computer account username and password.

Tip 6: To use Moodle you must havealready changed your computer account password (on an IOE workstation, remotely via the Portal or during Online Enrolment).
