Tips for Information Security

• Create a strong password which includes numbers, symbols, capital letters and lower-case letters.

• Change your password regularly.• Keep your operation system up to date.• Keep virus definitions, engines and software up to

In order to support teaching and learning needs of visiting Google, YouTube, staff and student can open the following website via CERNET IPV6 (China Education and Research Network) line on campus.http://www.fast.edu.cn/

Staff and student can also log in IPv6/Google via Guide website http://guide.xjtlu.edu.cn/

EduroamIt is a global Wi-Fi roaming service agreed by Wi-Fi roaming alliance of global educational and scientific research institutions.

Join the wifi for free in universities across the whole world whoever provides the eduroam service as well, with your XJTLU campus credentials only. (XJTLU users are prohibited to join the eduroam service in XJTLU)

One difference from Wi-Fi login on campus is you have to use your username followed by @xjtlu.edu.cn as your identity (for example [email protected]).
