• TheRepresenta=onofMadnessinAustrianFic=on– Literatureasasourceofnon‐clinicalknowledgeaboutmadnessanditssocialeffects,andhenceaboutAustrianculture.

– Thisknowledgeisembeddedincomplexculturalstructures,whichallowsaviewofmadnessasanintegralpartofsociety.

• Theprojectwillassumeonthebasisofrecentresearchinneurology,physiology,andgene;csthatthee=ologyofmadnessisextremelycomplexandindividual.
