There are 3 main navigation components in FLHealthSTAT
Active Facility Name/Menu
User Name/Menu
The Navigation Menu
Active Facility Name/Menu
This is the name of the facility you are accessing. It will always be displayed at the top of the screen.
11
If you have access to multiple facilities, the name will also be a menu. To view or update information for a
different facility, click on the name of the active facility at the top of the page. This will open a menu of
the other facilities you have access to.
Click the name of the facility you want to view.
The system will refresh, and the name of the new active facility will be displayed.
12
User Name/Menu
Click on your name at the top right of the screen to open your User menu.
The User menu has 3 or 4 items, depending on your system role.
Role
This identifies your system role. Your role determines what you can see and do in FLHealthSTAT. There are 2 roles for
users at the facility level:
1) Facility System Administrator
2) Facility System User
Users with either role can update facility statuses and view and respond to notification. Users with the Facility System
Administrator role also have administrative rights to edit the Facility Information page and manage the facility’s user
accounts.
13
Edit Profile
Click on Edit Profile to make changes to your user information or reset your password.
Make changes to your name, phone numbers, or email address. Click the blue “Save Changes” button
at the bottom of the screen to save your updates.
Enter a mobile phone number if you would like to receive text notifications from FLHealthSTAT in
addition to email notifications.
ATTENTION: Your email address is also your login ID for accessing FLHealthSTAT. If you change your
email address, you have changed your login ID. You must use the new email address to login the next
time you access the system.
It is recommended that you change your password periodically. Make the change here. Click the blue
“Save Changes” button to complete the password change.

can enter Emergency Contacts for your facility, and customize the bed types and systems that will appear on
your Facility Status page.
Logout

Navigation Menu
The Navigation menu on the left side of the screen has 5 sections. Click on a section header to view the
menu options in that section.
What is available to you see and open in the navigation menu will vary based on your role and the kind of
facility you are accessing.
Notifications Click “Notifications” to see three menu options; Alerts, Information Shares, and Events. Click any one of the
three to view active and archived notifications of that type.

Status Click “Status” to access and update your Facility Status Page.
