The company

• IMC is a Swiss privately-owned company run by its founder since 2004. IMC operates with a boutique style and aims to create true partnerships, value and satisfaction. Transparency, fairness, quality, ethics and performance are our guidelines.

• Our clients are mostly national and international operating companies between 250-1000 hcts.. We work also for multinational companies, as well as for SMBs. Currently we have over 300 active served clients in our network.

• We support our business clients with a focus on delivering services in the

areas of Executive Search, Human Capital Management, Interim Management, Integral Management Consultancy and Merger & Acquisitions.

• We operate with 28 (40*) Associate Partners in 18 (23*) Countries

IMC offers comprehensive integral consultancy services as strategic management, merger & acquisitions, finance management, strategic and operational marketing, business development, strategic and operational sales, mergers & acquisitions, key account management, coaching/training, human resources management, executive search, and leadership management. IMC provides personal, specialized services, from the planning stage through project implementation. We help our clients measure achievements and overall success and provide full support to help improve results. We are concerned about the growth, profitability, and total success of our customers projects. IMC operates locally, nationally, and internationally. We are an enterprise where the values of commitment, passion, and team-spirit thrive. We conduct our operations prudently to ensure growth, profitability, and the ultimate success of our clients.
