Migration preparations on week 10

• CCT and Country responsibles will agree together of the working methods and content of the Migration kick of meeting.

• Country responsibles– Country responsible will oversee that the content is migrated in due time

– Consult and support publishers and content owners• Finland: Carita Horneman / Satu Huhtela

• Sweden: Nilou Farahmand

• English content: Heidi Jokinen

• Other countries (Poland, Russia, Baltics?): Kaisa Kukkonen

• Migration kick off for publishers will be organized to all countries (one video session)

Migration period (weeks 11-16)

• Migration workshops will take place twice a week (three hours) in Finland and Sweden. For other countries the sessions will be organized separately.

• External publishing help by Innofactor? Content owner / unit will pay the cost.

• Migration status is followed with the Master content structure excel

• Only Corporate and Division/Unit news are migrated = notices and location news are excluded

• Last 5 years – All news since 2000 will be saved to the server. Those are available for separate request.
