Six Parts of the Persuasive Speech

Divide into 2 groups Teacher says definition of the word TWICE Teacher calls out a number The student in that spot in each line sprints back and picks up the word

matching the definition Sprinter hands the word to the last person in their line after saying the

word and then the definition Example: Bandwagon- Everybody does it- Hand word to person

Sprinter returns to their seat Each person must say the word and definition before handing it to the

next person in line The first team that gets the correct word to the person in the front gets

2 points If the other team gets the correct word to the front, they will get 1 point
