1.Consider Ignoring It

Remember that toddlers are naturally focused on their own self-interests and you likely will not be able to reason with them.As long as there is no immediate need, you may consider letting the tantrum run its course.

Because toddlers have short attention spans, any sort of interesting distraction can often end a tantrum.

If you act too lenient in public to avoid a tantrum, your toddler will learn to harness the power they have, and will exploit it. Be consistent with how you act.

9. Encourage Sharing

Young children are inherently selfish, and it’s this selfishness that is the basis for many tantrums.By teaching the value of sharing and the value of empathy early on, many tantrums can be avoided altogether.

10. Get Them Tired
