Hire for attitude and not skills

Have a robust selection and assessment process to counteract unconscious bias e.g. diverse interview panels

Deliver unconscious bias training

Get your CEO involved!

Make sure everyone understands the business case for D&I

Demand diverse shortlists from your recruitment partners

Promote visible role models

Amplify your employer brand by creating a culture of inclusion

How diverse is your own resourcing team?

Use anonymised CVs

Challenge hiring managers constructively
