Have you heard about the so-called “sonic attacks” on U.S. diplomats in Cuba and China? Recently,dozensofU.S.diplomatsservinginCubaandChinawereharmedbycovertenergy-weaponattacks.Earlymediareportsattributedtheseincidentstomasshysteria,buttheharmssufferedbythediplomats(includingtraumaticbraininjurieswithoutbluntforcetrauma)werelaterconfirmedbymedicaldiagnosisandMRIscans(C-SPAN,2018;JAMA,2018;Kuo,2018;Golomb,2018).Thevictimsdescribedanaudiblecomponenttotheassaults,oftenahigh-pitchedringingsound.Thisandseveralotherdocumentedbio-effectsstronglysuggestthattheattackswerecarriedoutwithpulsedradiofrequency/microwaveradiationfromadvancedweaponry(Frey,1962;LinandWang,2007;Hambling,2017a;Lin,2018;Golomb,2018).

Areyouawarethatthousandsofself-identifying“targetedindividuals”havebeenallegingenergy-weaponattacksdomestically(Hambling,2017b),andthattheybegandoingsobeforeanydetailsoftheeventsinCubaandChinawerereleasedtothepublic?Fordecades,radiofrequency(includingmicrowave)directed-energyweaponsandthrough-wallradardeviceshavebeenunderdevelopmentforthemilitaryandemergencyservices(U.S.Dept.oftheArmy,1998;Silverstein,2006;Smith,2013;Heath,2015;Holstein,2017).Giventhesefacts,FFTIbelievesthatsimilartechnologiesarelikelybeingassembled(Maloof,2012)and/orpurchasedonablackmarketbycriminalharassmentnetworks,whichareusingtheseimprovisedRFdevicestotargetandharmdecentpeopleforcriminalgain,orjustforsadisticfuninsomecases.Eachday,morepeoplearereportingbeingassaultedwithmicrowaveweapons,andthenumbersaregrowingfast.

YoumayknowthatHarveyWeinsteincontractedprivatesecurityfirms,includingBlackCube,tostalkpeopletosuppressallegationsthathehadsexuallyharassedandassaultedwomen(Farrow,2017).Theproblemoforganizedstalkingismuchmorewidespreadthanthis.AccordingtoasurveyconductedbytheU.S.Dept.ofJusticein2006,anest.447,000adults(outofthetotalU.S.populationatthetime)reportedbeingstalkedbythreeormoreoffenderssimultaneously(Baumetal.,2009).Anest.52,000peoplereportedbeingstalkedby10–50offendersinthesameboutofstalking.Whenpeoplewhohadbeenstalkedbymultipleoffenderswereaskedifthestalkers“actedasateamorgroup”,41%ofsurveyparticipantsresponded“Yes”(U.S.Dept.ofJustice,2006).AformerSeniorSpecialAgent-in-ChargeoftheLosAngelesFieldOfficeoftheFBIalsowroteanaffidavitin2011,commentingonthewidespreadprevalenceofthisproblemintheU.S.(Gunderson,2011).Instancesoforganizedstalkinghavemadeitintothemainstreammediaonoccasion(ABCNews,2014;Shlonsky,2016).Nevertheless,thepolicearedoingnothingtocounteractorganizedstalkingandelectronicharassment,mainlybecausecollectingevidenceissodifficultforvictimsandposessuchsignificantchallengesfortraditionallawenforcement.Revisedgovernmentpoliciesandupdatedlawenforcementpracticescouldhelpstopthesecrimes,ifonlythegeneralpublicwereawareofhowwidespreadanddamagingtheyaretoawellfunctioningdemocracyandaprosperouseconomy.
