A record must be kept of each and every source that is used to gather information.
The full title, author, place of publication, publisher and date of publication must be noted
GENERAL GUIDE TO FORMATTING FOR A BOOK: Author (last name first). Title of the book. City: Publisher, Date of publication.
Example:

FOR AN ENCYCLOPAEDIA
Encyclopaedia Title, Edition Date. Volume number,
“Article Title,” page numbers.
Example:

FOR A MAGAZINE:
Author (last name first), “Article Title.” Name ofMagazine. Volume number, (Date): page
numbers.
Example:

FOR A NEWSPAPER:

Online sources must be listed by their full URL or WWW address and not just the search engine that was used.
