Overall Greek Week 2014 Rules
All participants must be an active or new member in a registered fraternity or sorority at VirginiaCommonwealth University. All participants must be listed on their organizations roster on file in
the Fraternity and Sorority Life office prior to the start of Greek Week. If your team is found tobe in non-compliance it may result in disqualification from all events.
The chosen judges for all events will be the primary judges. All judges decisions are final.Disputing a decision of a judge/official can result in the disqualification of the team from the
event. Any areas that are not covered by the rules are the domain of the Greek WeekCommittee Chair and Advisor(s). The joint decisions they make are final. If you need further

There will be no alcoholic beverages or illicit drugs permitted at any of the Greek Weekevents. Anyone suspected to be under the influence will be asked to leave the event, and his
or her team will be disqualified from the event.
All events will begin promptly at their scheduled times.
All teams are responsible for cleaning up their area at every event. Any team found not incompliance will result in a deduction of 50 points from their overall team score.
Cancellation or postponement of an event due to weather or other circumstances is thedomain of the Greek Week Chair and Advisor. Notice of such cancellations or postponements
will be made directly to each team representative via email.
All student and organization conduct will be governed by the Virginia Commonwealth University
Rules and Procedures as well as the Fraternity and Sorority Life Governing Councils Risk
Management Policies and Procedures. Any infraction of these policies may result in the loss of
points or removal from participation in Greek Week.
In order to be declared the champion for Greek Week your organization must be present atevery Greek Week event.
All Greek Week pairings are final.

Greek Week at VCU 2014 Window Painting
Sunday, March 23rd; 1:00 pm5:00 pm
University Student Commons
Event OverviewThe purpose of window painting is to promote Greek Week and the values of each team.
Procedures1. Each team will meet in the hallway near the Art Gallery and Forum Room at their
designated timea. 1:00 pm3:00 pm, Teams 1, 3, 5 and 7b. 3:00 pm5:00 pm, Teams 2, 4, and 6
2. Each group will be assigned one space to design their window art3. Each group will be allotted two hours to complete their art in the assigned window space
4. Each team will clean their window on Saturday, March 29th, 2014 before 12:00 pm.Windows must becleaned to be able to win Greek Week.
Rules and Regulations
1. Only two team members will be allowed to paint the window at a time. Please do nothave any additional team members in the hallway while painting the window.
2. The window design must fit in the outlined dimensions of the allotted window space3. No inappropriate pictures, phrases, references or words may be displayed on the
window or in the design4. No tampering with another teams window5. Window paint and cleaning supplies will not beprovided, ACRYLIC PAINT IS NOT
ALLOWED ON WINDOWS.
6. Any paint on window ledges or floor must be cleaned up before a group leaves
7. All University Student Commons and Activities guidelines apply
8. No adjustments may be made to your window design after your two hour time slot
9. Any groups not in compliance with the rules listed above will be disqualified from the
event
10. Failing to show up at the assigned time will result in a 20 point deduction

Greek Week at VCU 2014 Banner Competition

Event Overview
Each entry shall highlight the team, the VCU Fraternity and Sorority community and the Are YouGame? theme. The banners are due Sunday, March 23rd, 2013 at 5:00 pm in the Fraternity andSorority Life Office.
Procedures1. Entries should be dry, rolled up, secure and turned in to the F&SL Office by 5:00 p.m. on
Sunday, March 23rd, 2014.2. Banner paper and supplies are available in the Student Organization Development
Office located in Suite 018 of the University Student Commons. Please note: The
office is NOT open on the weekends. Their hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 amtill 4:30 pm.
3. The top 3 winners of this competition will have their teams banner displayed in theStudent Commons during Greek Week 2014.
Rules and Regulations1. Each entry MUSTinclude the phrase Fraternity and Sorority Life somewhere on the
banner
2. No glitter is allowed and all paint must be dry
3. No inappropriate pictures, phrases, references or words may be displayed on the banner

Event Overview:
Sam Davidson is coming to VCU on behalf of Campus Speak. Students today have a chance to
impact the world like never before, combining their propensity for making a difference and their
global awareness. They arent working like their parents. Increasingly , young leaders are
starting values-based businesses and other entrepreneurial endeavors to take on the worlds
most significant issues.
College leadership programs need to tune into these realities and help a generation that likes to
think big, think immediate, and think creatively. Todays student leaders want to make an impact
on their campus, and they have their sights firmly set on extending that reach, impacting lives
everywhere.
Sam is the president and co-founder of Cool People Care, a media and merchandise company
that connects people who want to make a difference with ideas and resources to do it. He is a
leading advocate of social entrepreneurshipdoing something you love that is good for the
planet and for other people. Having grown a successful social enterprise, Sam has the methods
and ideas, as well as the battle stories, to help todays college leaders navigate the exciting and
unpredictable adventures that lie before them.
A positive Fraternity and Sorority Life keynote address, Better. Together.discusses how and
why Greek organizations can be forces for positive changeboth for current members and for
the larger university community.
Drawing on funny stories from his own college experience, Sam blends humor and meaningful
suggestions for ways that any Greek organization can become better by working together with
those inside and outside of their particular chapter. As a former president and membership
education director in his fraternity, Sam offers practical and proven ideas that any member of a
Greek organization (and not just its elected leaders) can use to make his or her chapter better.
Best of all, these ideas can then be used so that the chapter as a whole can improve its own
campus or community. This program is suitable for Greek weeks or when your community
needs the right blend of entertainment and inspiration to achieve greater things than ever
before.

Procedures
1. Each chapter within the overall Greek Week Team must have 60% of their membership(initiated and new members) attend the community speaker to receive points for thisevent
2. You will have to claim a free ticket from BreakPoint (at no charge) to be admitted to theevent.
3. It is your responsibility to send your chapter members to the sessions that are offered.There will be a sign in sheet at the entrance of the Commonwealth Ballrooms. Chaptermembers are required to check in with a Greek Week Committee Member prior toattending the speaker.
4. Your team can NOTwin Greek Week if one of the chapters on your team is notrepresented in the attendance.
5. All Greek Week Rules and Regulations apply to this event.
Team Scoring
1. 60% chapter attendance by each chapter on the team: 100 points
2. If an organization does not have 60% of their chapter present, they will receive no points.

Greek Week at VCU 2014 Can-StructionMonday, March 24th, 2013; 11:00 am3:00 pmUniversity Student Commons Plaza
Event Overview
The purpose of CAN-Struction is to represent the value of philanthropy in the fraternity andsorority community. The goal of this event is to collect as many cans as possible to donate tothe Central Virginia Food Bank while creatively constructing a structure representing the VCUCommunity. This event is very important to Greek Week 2014 and the Virginia Central FoodBank because it allows us to do something good for others in a time outside of the holidayseason when goods are needed more.
Procedures1. Each team will collect cans for the Central Virginia Food Bank prior to and during the
event2. Using the collected cans, teams will build a figure reflecting their idea of the VCUCommunity and their theme.
3. Teams are allowed to use cardboard, construction paper, and tape to help support thecans when building. No other items may be used to build/support the structure.
4. Teams are encouraged to use their imagination and think outside of the box5. Judging will begin at 2:00 pm6. After Judging is completed at 2:30 pm every team will be responsible for placing their
cans in the provided barrels for donation. If teams do not assist in loading cans, theymay forfeit their points for the event.
Rules and Regulations
1. Each team must provide their own non-perishable items2. Only non-perishable cannedfoods will be allowed in this event3. Each team will be provided with a designated building space4. No inappropriate pictures, phrases, references or words may be displayed on, by or with
the can creation. Any use of such pictures, phrases or words will result in disqualificationand potential referral to your governing councils judicial board.

Game Night
Monday, March 24th, 2014 7:00pm - 9:00 pm
Commonwealth Ballroom
Event Overview
This event is a life-sized board game night. We are conducting Jenga and Yahtzee for points,and Twister will be provided for no points, along with other various board games, while teamsare waiting to play. For Jenga, there will be a bracket-style system to determine the winner witha single elimination method of disqualification. Each team will play Yahtzee once and the finalscore at the end of the game will translate to your awarded point value.
Procedures
1. Teams should plan to arrive and sign in between 6:30 and 7.2. Teams will be matched to their opponents before the event.3. Games will be going on simultaneously.4. No spectators allowed in the blocked-off/designated area for each game.5. Anyone found in violation of the rules will be given one warning. After the warning any violatorwill be sent to jail.
Rules and Regulations
Jenga:1. For Jenga there should be 3 team members and 1 alternate to play.2. There will be single elimination through a bracket system.
3. Teams will be paired up for games before the event.4. The first team to pull a block and knock the rest over will be eliminated.5. 1 block can be pulled per turn.
Yahtzee:1. For Yahtzee, there should be 5 team members and 1 alternate to play.2. There is single elimination for Yahtzee.3. Every team will play 1 game of Yahtzee.4. Each team only gets 3 times to roll the dice to achieve desired points.5. Teams will be awarded a bonus in the upper section if score is over 63 and teams will alsoreceive bonuses after each additional Yahtzee after the first one.6. Standard Yahtzee board game rules apply.
Miscellaneous Board Games:There will be miscellaneous board games around the room to play while waiting to play Jengaand Yahtzee that will not count for any points. We encourage teams to play with each other butthere will be no designated teams or match-ups for these games.

Event Overview:
The purpose of Make a Change is to represent the commitment that Fraternities and Sororitieshave for raising money for philanthropic organizations. As a community, our goal is to raise bothawareness and money for these efforts. This year, the community will be donating the proceedsto the Massey Cancer Center at MCV.
Procedures:
1. Each team will be given its own 10-gallon standardized jug. Each jug must be decoratedand painted so that the inside contents cannot be seen
2. Each team is responsible for decorating their groups water jug.3. Each team must turn in their jug to the Richmond Salons Green Room by Monday 3/24
at 10:00 pm4. Teams are required to have at least onerepresentative from their organization present
with their jug at ALLtimes.5. All groups are responsible for picking-up their jug each day from the Richmond Salons
Green Room. Jugs must be picked up by 10:50 on Tuesday and Wednesday and by9:50 on Thursday.
6. Each team must be at their designated table by 11:00 am (10:00 am Thursday) andkeep their jug at their designated table from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm each day (10:00 am to2:00 pm Thursday).
7. All groups must walk with a Greek Week Committee Member to the designated countingroom at the end of each day. The group member and jug must never leave the GreekWeek Committee Member from the designated table to the designating counting room.
Rules and Regulations:1. All change collected counts as a positive number.
a. Example: 15 pennies equals +15, 5 nickels equals +252. All cash collected counts as a negative number.
a. Example: One dollar equals -1003. Each day, there will be a secret bill that only the Greek Week Committee knows the
value of. If a team receives one of these bills, they will receive positive points for thatdollar amount.
a. Example: If the secret bill is five dollars, 500 positive points will be awarded.4. All teams may have only TWOpeople from their team behind the tables. There must be
at least one person at all times.5. There is no blocking of jug or jug openings allowed (i.e. hands, bodies, tape, funnels,
etc.)6. There is no harassing or soliciting of individuals or groups7. No individuals, organizations or teams may gather in front of the table or in the tabling

area, blocking access or disturbing the flow of traffic8. If a teams jug is not at their designated table at 11:00 am (10:00 am Thursday) the
group will not be able to participate for the entirety of that day.9. Any group that is found to not be in compliance with any of the rules above will be
subject to an official warning either from the Greek Week Committee Chair and/ordisqualification
10. 100% of proceeds will be donated to the Massey Cancer Center.11. The event can be shortened or cancelled in the event of inclement weather. The
decision is at the discretion of the Greek Week Committee Chair and she will alert allGreek Week representatives from each organization.
Collection and Counting:
1. At the end of each day, penny wars jugs will be carried by individual team memberswith a Greek Week Committee Representative to the designated counting room. Allinstructions from the Greek Week Committee Representative should be followed.
2. Counting will take place from 2:30 pm5:30 pm (Monday and Tuesday) and 12:30pm-3:00 pm Thursday
3. All emptied jugs will be returned daily to the Richmond Salons Green Room for daily
storage4. Every team that participates all three days will get five points.5. In order to be eligible to receive points for placing first, second, third, or participation
points, each team must send at least eight people per team. These eight people mustsign in at the door and stay for at least 30 minutes.Before they leave, they must signout at the door.
a. To receive an additional 25 points on Tuesday and Wednesday, a team cansend an additional six volunteers to count pennies for at least 30 minutes. Thesix volunteers must sign in at the door ANDsign out at the door.
b. To receive an additional 50 points on Thursday, a team can send an additionalnine volunteers to count pennies for at least 45 minutes. The nine volunteersmust sign in at the doorANDsign out at the door.
Online Component:1. Each team is required to create an online donation page for the Massey Cancer Center.The team captain should make and be in charge of the page.
a. Go to runformassey.orgb. Click Register a New Teamc. Once the page is created, you can share the page with other team members so
they can join.d. Teams should be named VCU Greek Week Team X (the X being your team
name - the game you picked to represent your team)e. There is the option to add text with individual organization names, theme, etc.
2. Pages must be created by Sunday March 23rd at Midnight. If created by ThursdayMarch 20th teams can receive 100 additional points. Failure to create a page will result
in a 10 point deduction everyday during the week the page is not created.3. Any money donated through the donation page will be positive points for Make aChange

Service Event: Celebration Night
Tuesday, March 25th, 2014 2:00- 10:00 pm
MCV - Larrick Center
Event Overview
This year we will be assisting Where is the Line and Fear2Freedom with their annualCelebration Night. The actual event puts together care kits for victims of sexually abuse.Because their clothes are taken as evidence when they are in the hospital these kits provide anew set of clothes, some toiletries, and the most important thing, joy. As volunteers we will behelping set-up, participating, and cleaning up and organizing the care kits for transportationafter.
Procedures
1. Team members will arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to their shift. Lateness will be penalized.2. Volunteers will be required to check in with the Committee member present.3. Team members will complete a variety of tasks related to helping unload and load boxes,setting-up for the event, running registration, helping during the event, and assisting in clean-up.
Rules and Regulations
1. Teams will be required to submit 3 to 5 members to volunteer per shift.2. The shifts to volunteer and the required number of volunteers is as follows
Set- Up/Unloading: 2pm to 4pm - 4 members per team
Set- Up: 4pm to 6pm - 4 members per team During the event: 5:30 pm to 8pm - 5 members per teamClean- up : 7:30 pm to 10pm - 3 members per team
3. The volunteers can work more than one shift as long as each spot is filled for each team.4. Team captains will be required to submit names of expected volunteers to the CommunityService Chair by Sunday March 23rd at midnight. (Note these people can be changed out, it justgives the host organization an idea of who to expect)5. Volunteers will need to wear a black shirt, black VCU shirt, or purchase a t-shirt at the eventfor $10 (teams will receive 10 points for purchasing a shirt).6. Teams can also earn points by having members attend the event from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.Participants can earn 5 points each for their team with a maximum of 25 points awarded. Toreceive points participants must sign in with the committee member present.
* Note: volunteers will be responsible for getting to the Larrick Center on their own and shouldleave enough time to get there and be on time
Scoring
Scoring for this event will be all or nothing for each shift. For each shift teams will need toprovide a certain number of volunteers. If all volunteer spots are filled for a team they receive allthe points, if not they will receive 0 points for that shift. Each shift will be worth 100 points so

teams will have the chance to win up to 400 points for the night. If a team fails to have anyvolunteers for the night they will be placed in jail. If teams have the required number ofvolunteers for each shift they will earn a bonus of 50 points.

Greek Week at VCU 2014 Blood Drive

Event OverviewThe purpose of the blood drives is to give back to the Richmond community by saving upto three lives per person donating blood.
Procedures1. Two members from each team are required to volunteer a one hour shift
a. One point per volunteer will be awarded2. Teams can promote the Blood Drives and have individuals outside their teams donate
on their teams behalf

Greek Week at VCU 2014 Lip-Sync
Thursday, March 27th; 9:00 pm11:00 pmCommonwealth Ballroom
Tickets are required for this event. A ticket is $3.00 and can be purchased at Break Pointstarting 3/20/14. Everyone, including those participating, must purchase a Lip Syncticket.
Event Overview
Each team will participate in the lip sync event. The event will showcase the talents of thefraternity and sorority community and provide an opportunity for groups/organizations towork together in a fun and interesting way.
Procedures1. Each team must use a song that contains their teams name/jingle in the lyrics.2. All participants must arrive at the Commonwealth Ballroom by 8 pm before Lip Sync.3. Teams will have the opportunity and are strongly encouraged to arrive between 7:30-
8:45 pm to set up, test equipment, practice, and or anything they may need to do.4. The doors will open at 9:00 pm.5. Each team will perform their act in the order determined by the Greek Week Committee6. Music is required to be submitted via flashdrive for the performance.
Rules and Regulations1. No more than 15 people may be on stage at one time2. Each teams lip sync performance cannot exceed 5 minutes3. All teams music is due on Friday, March 21st, 2013 by 5:00 pm. Music over the 5 minute
time limit or that has inappropriate language will be returned to the team and will be
considered late. Any teams with late music will receive an automatic five point deductionfrom their lip sync score.
4. All performances must be in good taste no degradation of other teams, no crossdressing and no removal of clothing unless approved
5. No stepping, jumping, gymnastics or stomping on the stage is permitted6. No glitter is allowed and all paint MUST be dry before entering the Student Commons7. Any team found not in compliance with any of the rules or procedures listed above will
be disqualified8. Participants will be judged on the following criteria: creativity, group combined effort,
appearance/presentation and stage presence.

Greek Week at VCU 2014 Greek GamesFriday, March 28th; 7:00 pm10:45 pmCary Street Gym
Event Overview:
All games will occur simultaneously in the Cary Street Gym. Please select different participantsto make up every team for EACH event. Do not choose the same participants for multipleevents! This is to ensure all organizations are represented throughout Greek Games. FOR ALLEVENTS, if the ENTIRE team dresses up in the teams theme, 5 points will be awarded. Ifthe mascot plays in the game, 10 points are awarded. Rockclimbing is the onlyexception, if both participants dress up as the mascot, 5 points will be awarded IF ANDONLY IF, both participants dress up.
Procedures
1. Spectators are welcome but need to be spread out throughout the gym to support all
of the ongoing activities2. You may sit or stand in the basketball court area to watch volleyball3. Spectators for rock climbing need to be mindful of the students that are using the
equipment in that area when watching!
Rules/Regulations
1. There will be NOhitting the windows of the MAC tolerated. You may sit on thebleachers or stand behind them. If teams are found to be banging on the walls ofthe MAC, the entire team will be disqualified from Greek Games.
Relay RaceCary St Fields- 7:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m.1. There will be heats that consist of 3 teams, 2 teams, and 2 teams. Top 3 advance to the
final round.2. Each team will have 8 players (2 must be women). You may also have one man and onewoman substitute to switch ONE player in between rounds.
3. Single Elimination.4. All events must be completed by a different individual on your team.5. Events are as follows: Potato Sack Race, Wheelbarrow Race, Ping Pong Ball Balance
Race, Three-Legged Race, and a Frog Hope Race.6. As the Relay Race Starts and the whistle is blown, the first person will have to jump with
the Potato Sack to the other end of the field. As soon as the potato sack crosses theline, the next two people will have to wheelbarrow the other across the field. Next aftercrossing the line, the next individual must balance a ping pong ball on a spoon whilemaking their way across the field. The fingers must not touch the ball at all. If touchinghappens, disqualification will occur. Once the individual with the ping pong ball getsdown the field, the next two individuals must have a rope tied around their ankles andtheir knees and must race back to the other side of the field. Finally, the last two guyswill frog hop over each other to the other end of the field. No walking can occur duringthe frog hop. If any walking or running occurs, the individuals will be asked to come backto the beginning and start over.

5. If your team dresses up as your teams theme, your team gets a total of 5 extra points.Every member of the team must be dressed according to your teams theme. The pointswill be added to the team point total overall. If the mascot plays during the game, 10points is awarded.
Tug-O-WarCary Street Field- 8:30 p.m. to 10:45 p.m.1. Single Elimination.2. Teams must consist of 6 people (2 must be women)3. Having every individual dress up on your team in your teams theme outfit while doing
tug-o-war will be awarded five extra points (the points will be awarded to the team point
total overall). If the mascot plays during the game, 10 points is awarded.4. Two teams of six will compete against each other by pulling a rope once a whistle isblown.
5. Whichever team pulls the ribbon past the teams designated cone will win the match.
ScoringTeams will receive the following points for winning each event:
1. First place: 15 points2. Second place: 10 points
3. Third place: 5 pointThose points will then be added to determine the Greek Week Games winner. These points arejust to determine overall placement and not added to the overall score.

Massey Challenge and Massey Mile
Saturday, March 29th 2014, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Monument 10K: Malvern to Hamilton Blocks.
Event Overview:
This year for Greek Week we will be partnering with the Massey Challenge and the VCU
Massey Cancer Center. The Massey Challenge is a challenge for runners of the Monument
10K, participants can accept the challenge and agree to help raise money to help fight cancer
through the Massey Cancer Center. During the Monument 10K there is a portion of the race
called the Massey Mile. Greek Week participants will be helping to fill the cheering section for
this mile as well as helping with water stations. Volunteering at the Massey Mile, running the
10k, or volunteering at the 10K can earn points for your team.
ProceduresThe first step is to take the Massey Challenge and create a team page to raise money, fundsraised will count towards the Make a Change event. Please refer to the Make a Change sectionof the packet for further details.
Volunteering:
On Saturday March 29th, team members will be volunteering at the Massey Mile. The MasseyMile takes place on the blocks of Malvern St to Hamilton St.
1. Team members arrive to sign in between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm at the Massey Mile.There will be a sign-in tent with committee members. The exact location will be sent outlater in the week when finalized.
2. Team members are encouraged to come decked in VCU spirit (aka black and gold,letters, homecoming shirts) anything that represents VCU and are encouraged to bringsigns.
3. Volunteer role is primarily cheering for the runners, especially Massey runners.
Keep in mind you will be representing the Fraternity and Sorority Life Community, soinappropriate behavior will be dismissed from the event and could result in consequences fortheir team such as disqualification.
If organizations are already volunteering at the 10K they can still earn points! Organizationsmust submit this information to the Community Service Chair by Sunday March 23rd at Midnightin order to be eligible to receive points. They will also be responsible for submitting their rosterand attendance for the volunteering to be counted towards their percentage total.

For the Massey Mile and volunteering at the 10k:
Points for this part will be awarded on a threshold basis, based on percentage of the
team present at the event.

Tailgate-Style Awards Celebration
Saturday, March 29th; 4:30pm7:30pmLocation: TBD, tentatively Redskins Park
Event Overview:
Each team is invited to set up a maximum of 2 pop-up tents (beach-type tent). The teams can
decorate their tent in relation to their teams theme. The tent with the best decoration will win anaward. During the tailgate, team members are invited to bring chairs, blankets, etc. and money
to purchase food from the local vendor. After the tailgate, teams will gather around as the
Greek Week committee announces the award winners.
Procedures
1. Each team will be assigned a plot in the park. From 4:30-5:00 PM, teams can set uptheir tents. The Greek Week committee will be providing a DJ and amplified music. There will

be a local food vendor on site where team members can purchase food and drinks.
2. At 6:00 PM the Greek Week Committee will ask teams to gather around to hear theannouncement of awards.
3. The tailgate will last until 7:00 PM, at which time the teams will clean up their food,trash, and decorated tents.
Team Scoring
1. The Greek Week committee will be voting on the best decorated tent based on the
following criteria: originality, creativity, relation to theme, craftsmanship.
2. Team attendance will be taken into consideration.
WINNING TEAM WILL RECEIVE T-SHIRTS FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS
1. The winning team will have two weeks to submit a design for a white shirt including the
phrase Greek Week 2014 Champion and t-shirt order (sizes and numbers)2. The teams chapter members will be given shirts at the end of the semester

Members/Organizations will not:1. Upload, post, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening,abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another'sprivacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.2. Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, forum leader, guide or host, orfalsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.3. Throughout the week, teams will be eligible to obtain additional or negative points throughlocating Mr. Moneybags and passing GO on Monroe Park campus. Through Mr. Moneybags,ten chance cards will be distributed throughout Greek Week. Points will be awarded whenteams post pictures of the event through social media outlets Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Procedures1. Chance Cards: Between the hours of 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. representatives from each team
may visit the Fraternity and Sorority life office to receive a card from Mr. Moneybags.a. All teams must have the Greek Week representatives present with ID or have
sent written consent toamandanradke@gmail.comin order to take a chance andsacrifice 10 points for a chance card.
b. Teams may only obtain 2 chance cards throughout the week and may only draw1 card per day. Only 10 chance cards will be distributed. The distribution of thechance cards are on a first come, first serve basis.
c. Chance cards will give teams an opportunity to lose or gain 25, 50, 75 or 100points.Teams may also draw a get out of jail free card or a jail card. If a teamdraws a Jail Card, the team will be sent to Jail (the Fraternity and Sorority Lifeoffice) and will not be able to participate in events until they are bailed out of jail.The team must post bail (-50 points) or have a get out of jail free card in order tobecome eligible to participate in the days events.
2. Passing GO: From the hours of 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. teams will be notified throughFacebook, Twitter and Instagram the location of the GO at the time of the event.
a. Teams have one hour to pass GO. A member from each organization on theteam must be present to take a team photo in order to receive 25 points forpassing GO.
b. Teams will have to have their teams 1 token present in the picture. Tokens willbe stored in the Fraternity and Sorority Life office on Sunday 3/23 at 5 P.M.
