■ Generic raloxifene gets tentative US approval. TheUS FDA has granted tentative approval to TevaPharmaceutical Industries’ Abbreviated New DrugApplication for raloxifene 60mg tablets. This product isbioequivalent to Lilly’s Evista tablets for osteoporosis,which had sales of approximately $US691 million inthe US for the year 2007.
