Is our digital workplace aligned with our organizational values and goals?- And is it aligned with our physical workspace?
- What is the actual employee experience today?
Does our digital workplace enable employees to be more effective and valued?- People want to be successful at work- People want to recognized at work
Does our digital workplace treat employees like real humans?- Humans want to work collaboratively and socially- Humans want to work with agency (i.e., we are not robots)
