Mobilink:y

 At Mobilink the working environment was very informal.y People were encouraged to participate and they could easily 

communicate with their co-workers. Few of the things that we noticedabout their communication flow were:

y a) Mostly downward communication occurs. However employeesuggestions are also welcomed. They can talk to their superiors easily.

y b) Employees and workers are encouraged to participate in decision

making to some extent. They are asked their opinions in any newpackage that the company is offering.
