Inspired by Elizabeth Zimmerman's February Baby Sweater (BabySweater On Two Needles) found in A Knitter's Almanac.

This is designed as an easy-to-wearpullover for an active girl. It is knitfrom the bottom up in the round tothe armpits, then back-and-forth forthe shoulders. For the ease of the girljust learning to dress herself, thefront and back are the same. Thelength is just long enough to be

fancy and just short enough to stayout of the way for playtime. Knit itwith some soft yarn in your little

girl's favorite color.

Gauge: 17 sts/ 4 inches in garterstitch

1 pattern repeat/ 1.5 inches in GullStitch Pattern

18 sts/ 4 inches in stockinette stitch(for reference)

Size: Toddler girl ~2-3 years of age.

K2, ssk, k to last 4 stitches, k2tog, k2.Knit across.
