• We need to look at partnerships with the County

– Look at synergies discussion from a few years ago

• We need to consider outsourcing

– Direct and indirect costs of operation

– Look at cost per student or mile for other LEAs

– There may be elements that could be more easily outsourced than others

• We need to consider facility needs but also ways to address the needs until the time a new

facility can be built
