Vitamin A- Strengthens immune system

Vitamin D- From the sun and keeps skin healthy.

Vitamin E- protects cell membrane

Vitamin K- Helps blood to clot

Calcium- Strengthens bones

Iron- Linked to Anaemia, Makes red blood cells.

Potassium- Bananas and green veg are high in this food

Helps muscles and nerves communicate
