The EPs are getting all the preparation needed for the AIESEC platform, culture of the country they are accepted, the processes of the program etc.
They are also getting trainings or workshops from the Local Committee or externals according to the product they are applying for and the specific skills needed for the projects they are accepted
The EPs are coming from the biggest Universities of Greece and they have excellent knowledge of English language
We engage our EP to our EPs by integration in teams and micro experiences.
For EPs we check the competencies of Motivation & AIESEC Understanding, Self Assessment, Solution-orientation, Adjustability, Commitment
The EPs, after coming back, they participate in micro experiences in their LC and implement their knowledge and experience for impacting their local society
