Background of Study;•Definition of exercise & habit.
•Lack of time is one of the barriers for people to exercise.
•Time constraints (assignments, other interests, and family activities) were barriers considered most important.
Problem Statement;
• Most college students may not achieve the nutrition and exercise guidelines designed to reduce the risk of chronic disease (Anding, 2001).
• Women exercise because of weight and stress reduction and men exercise for enjoyment and gains in muscle and strength.
Objective & Research Questions;OBJECTIVES;
• To examine the number of BM221 Part 4 students who exercise.
• To investigate the types of exercise that BM221 Part 4 students engage in.
• To examine how frequent BM221 Part 4 students exercise per week.
• To investigate the reasons why BM221 Part 4 students exercise.
RESEARCH QUESTIONS;
• How many BM221 Part 4 students exercise?
• What types of exercise do BM221 Part 4 students engage in?
• How frequent do BM221 Part 4 students exercise per week?

Conclusion;• Students who rented a house were typically have a high
level of weight.
• Students were still involved in doing exercise as a part from their daily routine.

• Students are willing to conduct an exercise which is quite moderate and not too strenuous.
• Have been involved in exercise since 5 years ago.
• Still deal with exercise in order to maintain their healthy lifestyle as a student.
