Does each agent on the team have compelling internet presence? Are their websites optimized for their specialty? Does the branding reflect their independence and their role on the team?

Is each lead clearly assigned to an agent? Did the agent acknowledge receipt of the lead? Does the lead need to be reassigned? Am I generating enough leads to “feed” my team?
