Vaccination of healthcare workers – Steps taken
1. Vaccination catch-up program for all existing staff
• Vaccination policy on the required vaccinations based on job risks
• Support from senior management: endorsing policy, encouraging staff to undergo vaccinations etc
• Vaccination rates reported to senior management regularly
2. New employees must be vaccinated before starting work

Total WSH program for a research-based department: How would it look like?
1. Have a responsible team in charge of Total WSH • e.g. Department Health and Safety Committee• Regular reporting to senior management
