1. What is the best time to go?- The best time to take this trek is during the month of March

to May and from September to December. During the month of May the days will be hotter just before the onset of monsoons. During December the temperature reach below zero temperature and it is suitable for the trekkers.

2. How high is base camp?- If you are starting your trek from the south East

Ridge than your Base Camp will be 5,380 m (17,600 ft) on the south side of Everest in Nepal. If you are trekking via Gorakshep below the Kala Pathar then your Base Camp will be is 5,545 metres.

3. How do I get in shape?- You will be trekking in the extreme hills and

to an altitude of 5545m. So it is advisable to prepare yourself to a fitness level which will help you to walk in high altitude. Walk for at least five hours once a week which will increase your capacity to walk on the steep rocks. Instead of taking the lift take the stairs. Also, you can go for swimming, cycling, walking etc to keep up your fitness level.

4. How Long do we trek Each day?- The total duration of the trek will be 20 days

depending on the route of your trek. Each day you will be covering an average distance of 10- 12 km. You will be trekking slowly or else you might face some altitude sickness. This will be mostly completed in 5-7 hours.
