Blueprinting or Prototyping takes the selected concepts from the ideation phase and begins the process of fully-fledged development.
The brand team offered early amendments that strengthened the impact of the exterior space, and a draft presentation was made to client. Two phases followed, where materials and textures were updated, resulting in the final approved direction.

Implementation is undertaken with a specialist team. A team leader is assigned and is responsible for each step of the production process.

Once approved, the design phase ended and roll-out of the final stand commenced. The production teams, led by a project manager, created the stand in a modular format to ensure quick and hassle-free construction of the stand within the QITCOM venue. Finishing and furnishing was maintained to an exceptionally high standard.

ICT INNOVATION THEATRE
CHALLENGEThe challenge laid down by our client ictQatar was to develop a presentation space/stage inside the Qatar Career Fair hall, that would serve as a platform for young entrepreneurs to present ideas to a panel of assessors.
SOLUTIONWe presented the proposal of The Innovation Theater, a concept innovative in name, design and strategic positioning.
The Innovation Theatre was positioned as place where great ideas are seen, heard and developed. In the same way that the ‘Arabs got talent’ television show creates a forum for artistic talent to shine, so the Innovation Theater was an equivalent platform for innovative business concepts to receive the spotlight.
RESULTSThe Innovation Theater created a massive amount of buzz, eliciting audience participation, raising general interest and exceeding client expectations. The Innovation Theater was quite simply the place to be.

This prestigious exhibition booth was produced for Salam with the full scope of our service offering, i.e. design and manufacturing of the booth with its distinctive logo-inspired ceiling feature, including all the visual content and digital displays.
Modern, forward-thinking and known nationwide for delivering quality lifestyle projects, Ezdan Holdings is one of Qatar’s most recognised and respected real estate brands. In designing the proposed exhibition stand, ADabisc aimed to reflect the values of the Ezdan brand, and make a bold statement to attendees about the future.
TARSHEED LAUNCHTarsheed is a national campaign for the conservation andefficient use of water and electricity - created by Qatar’sutilities authority, Kahramaa. ADabisc Events managed the full event, from the choice of location to the branding and ensuring its successful implementation in only three days.
Q.MEDIACAREER FAIR 2012The impressive double deck booth was designed and built to give Q.Media a commanding presence at the QatarCareer Fair. The double decker structure used sophisticated fabrication and production techniques.

SAHEM AWARD CEREMONY
We designed and manufactured the dynamic backdrop for the stage – including the construction of the tented zone. We also handled the lighting, sound and produced the live performances.
ADabisc conceptualised, produced and managed one of Qatar’s most popular Ramadan events in 2013. With a vibrant palette of orange and purple expressed through flowing fabrics, textured pillows and charming traditional accessories, the Moroccan-themed Ramadan tent transported guests to the enchanting majlis of Casablanca and Marrakech.
An integrated project between 6 ADabisc business units - conceptualised and executed in 6 days. We chose Katara Art Centre as the backdrop for the event, which set the tone for the awards ceremony of the year.

ARAB CENTRE FOR RESERCH AND STUDIESEVENT AT RITZWe created the backdrop and the behind-the-scenes production for this prestigious event that launched a very important institution in Qatar.
For the Abbott Gala Dinner, we created an authentic Oriental atmosphere; combining diverse elements to create a realistic ambience. The sights, sounds and smells were designed to fully immerse the visitor in Far Eastern culture from the second they stepped into the tent.
ENVIRONMENTALDESIGN
Our space designers bring the strategic vision to life through interior creativity and intelligent use of space, selecting materials, fabric and industrial design nuances that will deliver a relevant and consistent tone of voice.
QATARUNIVERSITY LIBRARYADabisc was approached to redesign the interior of Qatar University’s main library, with the goal of modernising the interiors and enhancing the practical use of the space. At the same time, the new interior pays homage to the history and heritage of the institution.

Luay is a visionary business leader with nearly two decades experience in the marketing and communication fields, gained both from an agency and client perspective. Luay began his career at Horizon FCB Jordan in Client Services working on major clients Johnson & Johnson and Volkswagen. Luay gained critical managerial experience at Gropo GFT, an Italian/Jordanian joint venture. An inspired move to Qatar led to his breakthrough in advertising, where with Riad Makdessi, he co-founded ADabisc in 2003. Under Luay’s leadership ADabisc has taken credit for developing some of the leading brands in Qatar.
Riad Makdessi, Chief Creative Director, has 18 years of experience in the marketing and communications fields, working on both sides of the fence. A career spanning Syria, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar started at design house, Klik, branding, 3D and environmental design specialists. Joining Intermarkets marked his foray into advertising. Riad later joined MC Saatchi Qatar and his stint at MC Saatchi saw him meet up with future partner Luay Darwish with whom he co-founded ADabisc in 2003. Major clients Riad has worked on throughout his career are Unilever, Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait (BBK), QNB, Sheraton Hotel, Al Jazeera Mobile and Qtel.

MAYTABANA SENIOR EVENTS PRODUCERAfter graduating from Sorbonne andalmost decade of experience in Paris, May Tabana is a valued member of the Adabisc team. Being an Events Manager in Grand Hyatt for over three years, her knowledge of events within the GCC is extensively in, corporate and social events, managing and coordinating events, budgeting and training. Having worked in the Events world in France, her precision and organizing skills are impeccable being the project manager of many events in Paris. She successfully managed the Ramadanek tent 2011 & 2013. Royal Weddings and Large Cinema Festivals. Her experience and knowledge of events within Europe and the Middle East will ensure all Arabisc events are catered to in every possible detail.

AHMED ISMAIL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Mohamed is an experienced in the areas of sales, marketing and business development having retained the titles of Sales & Marketing Manager and Business Development Director in a number of companies in the UAE and Egypt.He has a large breadth of experience in the real estate marketing sector and many years of experience in market research and developing custom marketing solutions for different clients. He is currently a Producer at ADabisc.Events.
Ahmed has over eight years of experience as a marketing professional in government and non government, B2B and B2C sector in the Gulf region. He has been successful at building business ideas by identifying and selling prospects, developing, defining and maintaining relationships with clients. He started his career as a senior sales executive at the multinational directory, Yellow pages in Egypt before moving to Qatar, where he took the position of Senior Business Development Manager at Sedeer Advertising for three years.
SHERIF ELBASSIOUNY HEAD OF EVENTS & EXHIBITIONSSherif is an Egyptian national with a Bachelor degree in Architecture from Ain Shams University’s Faculty of Engineering. He has 9 years of experience in events management & exhibition services. His experience comprises two years with Promoters Egypt representing major clients including Mobinil, Vodafone and IBM as well as concert management for artists from Enrique Iglesias and Amr Diab to Andria Bocelli. In 2004 Sherif and his partner established ‘We Are’ in Egypt, a company specializing in exhibition design & production, events management & integrated signage systems. Today the company boasts a well-established roster of clients, with Subaru, Roche, Puma and Dubai e-government among them. Sherif joined ADabisc in 2011.
BLAKE PICKERING ACCOUNT PLANNING DIRECTORBlake began his career as a copywriter before moving into strategy and planning in 2012. With experience in brand development, trends and above the line advertising, he has worked for multinational agencies in Dubai and South Africa, and has worked on a wide range of brands and sectors including finance, real estate, luxury goods and retail. His list of clients includes Standard Chartered Bank, Coca Cola, Emaar Properties, Intercontinental Hotels and Audi.
ENGY FAHMY ACCOUNT DIRECTOREngy received her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from The American University in Cairo in 2005. Engy launched her career working in TBWA as an account executive, handling the Henkel account. After joining Strategies Advertising Agency as an account manager in 2007, Engy work on a diverse portfolio of local and global clients including among others Etisalat, Candia milk, Arab African International Bank, Maghraby. Engy then joined Nokia as a Developer outreach manager in 2009 before bring her talent to ADabisc as a dedicated specialist in client servicing.
GORAN ZLATEVSKI CREATIVEDIRECTORGoran is Macedonian with 18 years professional experience that covers extensive advertising, marketing, design and consulting practice in the management of multiple accounts including T-mobile, Ford Motors, Pepsi, Wrigley’s, Macedonian Telecommunications, Waz Media group, ERA group Slovenia, Bid Management and many more. Combining technical expertise, creative performance and cultural sensitivity with the passion and dedication to work effectively, Goran prides himself on developing creative strategies and leading creative teams to design and create outstanding communication campaigns, branding projects, visual identities, packaging, digital and viral campaigns.
MOHAMED MANSOURHEAD OFDIGITALAs the head of ADabisc’s Digital department Mohamed Mansour brings over 15 years experience to his work with regional exposure, primarily in Egypt’s massive market. Mansour holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management (PGCPM) from Robert Kennedy College, Switzerland under the University of Wales PGCPM Program. He capably defines ADabisc’s technical working standards, process and procedure and forms all multi platform strategies (i.e. web, mobile, social media) using his natural flair for communication.
