the Rural Illinois Bi-State area.

Served to organize stakeholders, gather and

incorporate input from many resources into the

plan to ensure a regionally consistent document.

Create a comprehensive and cohesive resource for

evacuation planning and compilation of vital

information for the Illinois Bi-State Region.
