ETWINNING EXPERIENCESCHALLENGES AND OBSTACLES

CHALLENGES

● Find serious partners● Find an interessant project● Finish our project alltogether

FIND SERIOUS PARTNERS

● Don't hesitate to invite your colleagues in the project you've created. They can help and motivate and have abilities (for ICT).

FIND AN INTERESTING PROJECT

● If you haven't any idea, look at etwinning live where plenty of wonderfull projects are proposed

FINISH ALLTOGETHER

● I've been told that sometimes, teachers could leave the project. We must keep in touch to avoid this, and use the project journal to communicate, and speak about difficulties we could meet.

DIFFICULTIES

● In my case, the biggest difficulty I met was to convince my head that attending an Etwinning seminar wasn't a vacation.

● Now, I'll invite my head on every new twinspace, and will keep her informed in case of a label.

● Anyway , information and communication are the best things to do.

ETWINNING EXPERIENCESSTUDENTS INVOLVMENT

STUDENTS INVOLVMENT

● Make them independent and active in their learnings , by giving them an access to TS.

STUDENTS INVOLVMENT

● Motivate them by visiting regularly the TS.● What's new today ?

STUDENTS INVOLVMENT

● Request their help to built the project.● Can you bring photos from your visit to

Christmas village ?

STUDENTS INVOLVMENT

● Can you bring photos from your home's decorations ?

STUDENTS INVOLVMENT

● What about your garden at spring ?

ETWINNING EXPERIENCESTOOLS

● When I started Etwinning, I used traditionnal tools like letters

TOOLS

● The most obvious tool is of course pictures

TOOLS

● Video is fantastic, because you ear the true langage ! We sent this film, it was a story telling at nursery school. We received Christmas songs from Finland.

TOOLS

● Documents are interesting because they give more informations and details and anyway enable a translation.

TOOLS

● I discovered new tools when I attended a seminar.

● Learning apps allows to create little games (I've not yet experimented it)

TOOLS

● Padlet is a funny way to introduce. You can send a picture of your class and your correspondants have to guess who's who.

TOOLS

● Tellagamie is an app which allows creation of avatars

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR ATTENTION
