1.1. SRM System Login

Please make sure to use the Web Browsers or

Ensure Correct URL to login .

https://webportal.fewa.gov.ae/bidder

Key in User ID , Password

Once the Tender fee is updated, the complete details of RFx can be viewed.

(Refer Manual “FEWA_EUM_SRM_Publishing Two Step Tender” to update payment status of Tender Fee)

1.2. Indicate Participation

The time left to create response is highlighted in the above screenshot.

Note: In case of “Public Tender”. You will have to Click on “REGISTER” and then “PARTICIPATE”

1.2.1. Check Commercial part of the Tender

Check notes and attachments.

Click on documents.

Depending on the Type of Clarifications requested, FEWA will post the Responses in External Area or in the

Prebid Folder.
