How Enadoc Works

WHAT IS ENADOC?

Enadoc is a world-class, cloud-based document imaging

or e-archiving solution, which can be used on any

platform — mobile, tablet, PC and even Mac.

SETUPIt's easy, just go to www.[organization name].enadoc.com

and login from your browser, that's all. No software to install

on your computer or device.

If it’s a large scale project, you will be provided with

professional staff that will assist and guide you through the

whole set up process.

HOW DOES ENADOC WORK?

CAPTURE AND UPLOAD DOCUMENTSScan bulks of documents or capture

directly using Enadoc Capture. You

may also upload from your local drive.

TAGAfter capturing and uploading, you

may now add tags to you documents

for easy searching and access.

The Tag Cloud contains all the keywords

assigned to your documents, mostly

generated automatically with require

minimal effort by the user.

We use Optical Character Recognition

(OCR) to screen the documents and

advanced data extraction technology to

find, classify, and build tags related to

each document.
