• First reported case of spontaneous and simultaneous bilateral carotid and bilateral vertebral artery

• CTA revealed dissections, while MRI/MRA failed to do so

• Extreme stenosis throughout abdomen vasculature

• 99% stenosis of the Iliac artery

• Indwelling portacath since birth for immunoglobulin immunodeficiency

• CT revealed an occlusion of the distal SVC where the right catheter ended, due to a thrombus

• Patient started on anticoagulants
