• 32-year-old female G4P4, 3 weeks postpartum
• First reported case of spontaneous and simultaneous bilateral carotid and bilateral vertebral artery
• CTA revealed dissections, while MRI/MRA failed to do so

• 48-year-old female presented with abdominal pain and claudication of left lower extremity
• Extreme stenosis throughout abdomen vasculature
• 99% stenosis of the Iliac artery

• 7-year-old male presenting with facial swelling and discoloration
• Indwelling portacath since birth for immunoglobulin immunodeficiency
• CT revealed an occlusion of the distal SVC where the right catheter ended, due to a thrombus
• Patient started on anticoagulants
