DESCRIPTION

ORTLOS: The Emergence of Networked Thinking and Design presents theoretical approaches and practical examples related to the projects developed by the architectural studio ORTLOS and its trans-disciplinary partners from 2004 to the present. It is a platform, as it were, that showcases architectural design, urban planning, media theory, art installations, and interface design within the context of the „brave new“ networked world which is „nowhere in particular but everywhere at once“ (W.J. Mitchell).
