programs used to build up data bases are - PostgreSQL data base, Linux Debian Servers and Microsoft Windows Servers;

programs used to build up User Interface are - Dot.Net, PHP and Visual FoxPro.

Data bases and registration systems of the Register of Enterprises are build up based mostly on open source technologies:

In this way the Register of Enterprises achieves the following benefits: independent expert can easier verify quality of already

finished work; range of applicants for next development of programs is

not narrow down; competition stimulates private companies to offer

proportionate price; the Register of Enterprises is not dependent on one single

private company to be able and willing to continue cooperation.

Aim of technological improvements of the Register of Enterprises is: State notary shall not verify so much data manually but this

can be done by computer. there is no double work. work of the state notary is reduced. the Register of Enterprises can check if submitted data is

correct. the Register of Enterprises shall not ask to private person

to submit reference from other state institution.

Interconnection with other data bases

Interconnections with other data bases ensure the following:

to receive information automatically from other data bases;

to access data of other data bases;

to enter data in other data bases.

Individuals can submit and receive documents in the following ways: in paper; within e-mail; within online site in home page.

Private person can specify that he want to receive his answer in any of these ways.

The Register of Enterprises sends its documents and answers to state institutions only electronically (also if documents are received in paper).

Types of acceptance of documents

If individual wants to submit electronic documents within e-mail, it shall be done in two ways: for example, minutes of meeting created in paper needs to be

scanned and then copy shall be sign electronically; for example, project of document created in paper shall be sign

with secure electronic signature.

Benefits from submitting documents electronically are: it is cheaper because documents shall not be certified by notary; it is faster because individual shall not come to the institution or

send documents by post. it is easier for the Register of Enterprises to process electronic

documents.
