*if the applicant can not provide the diploma at the time of the application because he/she is already finishing the program, the applicant must provide a certificate from the home university that precise the date of completion of the Bachelor/Master or Doctorate program. For Tunisian applicants, who are only applying for French universities, and for French applicants applying for Tunisian universities, required documents can be provided in French.
