• QRIS Level 1 Self-Assessment for Public School Preschools

• Individual Professional Development Plan (IPDP) – Template coming this year! Any IPDP must include (at a minimum):– IPDP must include:

• Educator’s strengths and educator’s and areas for potential growth • Actions and timeline for achieving goals

– IPDP should be informed by:• observations from Arnett or CLASS• growth on the Career Ladder• the QRIS Professional Development Requirements

Continuous Quality Improvement Plans (CQIP)

Continuous Quality Improvement Plan (CQIP) is a required form when submitting your QRIS application.

A Continuous Quality Improvement Plan will define your program’s areas of strength and areas for potential growth.

Level 1 Self-Assessment Checklist and Agreement

The Level 1 Self-Assessment and Checklist confirms that programs meet the requirements of EEC licensing, or have a Continuous Quality Improvement

Plan in place to meet EEC licensing requirements.

Early education programs operating in public school settings that serve infants, toddlers and/or preschool children, and are not licensed by EEC, must

complete and submit this document to EEC to be granted Level 1.
