Working with artistic staff

• Communication between ”office rats” and artistic staff can be complicated

• Not the same idea of budgets, money, practical questions and deadlines

• What can we do to make this easier?

• Listening – confirming• Being patient, ”counting to ten”• Develop a personal strategy for anger

management and dealing with problems• Avoid getting angry – artists are often

”sensitive souls”• Trust and respect for each other!
