Conclusions: Differentially expressed serum proteins were identified in BTC compared to PSC, IAC and healthy controls using serum immuno-affinity depletion, 2DDIGE and LC-MS/MS.

- NIH SOPs- inverted 5 times, 1 hour clot at room temp, centrifuged 2200rpm at 4°C, serum aliquoted into 1.5ml cryovials, -80° C

Tissue samples - snap-frozen in liquid N2 and stored at -80°C- FFPE
