The Dosa Plaza franchise was established by Prem Ganapathy(In 1990).

Ganapathy took up a cook’s job in a small restaurant in Mumbai.

He had left his home aspiring to be an entrepreneur.

Prem Ganapathy also tried his hand at investing in a by investing in a Chinese Restaurant , but there he incurred a loss.

This gave him the idea of serving dosas the Chinese way. Up came American Chop suey dosa, Schezwan Dosa, Paneer chilly dosa, Spring roll dosa, etc. on the menu.

By the year end, Dosa Plaza had fashioned 20-25 original varieties of dosas.

The Dosa Plaza franchise has spread its wings and is soaring out of the nation into the international markets.

The South Indian food franchise is looking for franchisees who would be interested in doing business with the fast food franchise. Currently, Dosa Plaza offers opportunities within the nation as well as internationally.
