How to get an internet connection:

• Plug your computer to Internet with the cable.

• 2. sign in to application koleje.jcu.cz

• 3. In a tab “Internet” apply for connection “Žádost o připojení “ and fill it in

• 4. Wait till our application is processed (maximum 5 working days).

Not working?

• Try to change the IP address, just select one random IP address from the list

• Make sure your MAC address is without “:” so only letters and numbers no semicolon

• Contact IT guy at your dorms

It is done. Try every day to connect, it should take maximum 5 days.

Once you’re connected, for your comfort, you can create a mobile hotspot, if you have Windows 10

Routers are forbidden.
