WHAT IS

COACHING?

Coaching is a process with the goal

of maximizing an individual or group’s

performance, increasing positive

results through methodologies, tools

and techniques that are scientifically

proven, applied by a trained

professional (the coach), partnering

with the client (the coachee).

Agile Coach is whether you can facilitate a

retrospective in few different ways and are able

to find your way around some Agile tracking

tool...

Oh yes, if you can pretend to listen while

nodding your head every sooften and saying "I

hear you. What do YOU think YOU should do

now?" then that is also a bonus 11
