Preidentified answer documents for LEAP, GEE, iLEAP, and LAA 2 are equivalent to preidentified labels used in the past.
Preidentified answer documents still require hand-coding for education classification, exceptionalities, and accommodations.
Do not place bar-code labels over the preidentified information.
Do not correct any errors in the preprinted student information. Instead, the TA should report all errors in preprinted student information to the STC, who must report errors to the district’s Student Information System (SIS) Coordinator for corrections in the SIS database.

General Reminders Be sure to transfer answers from all large-print,
braille and other accommodated test materials. iLEAP braille responses must be transferred to a form A
answer document to match the form A braille test booklet.
TA numbers need to be entered March 5–30. Log onto leapweb.org. TA names and number assignments will carry over from
previous administration. Delete name only if the test administrator is no longer
there, otherwise update as needed. iLEAP home study program students testing at
the district office can use either form A or B.
Data Recognition Corporation 28
Straggler Answer Documents If answer documents are discovered on site at
DRC or within districts after the cutoff date, they will be processed as straggler answer documents. Straggler answer documents will be held, not scanned or
scored until a later date. Straggler answer documents will not appear on the used
answer document report but may appear on the missing materials report.
For straggler documents, a memo will be released with the student’s score and the student’s Web history will be updated.
The district will not receive student labels for straggler documents, nor will the score show up online in the .csv file or the assessment summary reports.
Data Recognition Corporation 29
Additional Reminders Use security checklists to track materials. Be sure all answer documents are labeled
appropriately if not preidentified. Separate used materials by program and keep
them separate for shipping. Keep used answer documents together by
classroom (paper-band labels provided). Use the program boxes in which the materials
were received for returning them.
