➔How they work..➔What purpose they solve..➔How effective they are in that..➔And what is their level of user engagement..

● Simple Process

● Can top-up with cash or card

● Can also top-up using home computer on UCA's website.

Want to click 'Rename'

But accidentally click on 'Delete'

File goes to 'Recycle Bin'

Workaround:

1.Click on file

2.Press F2 Key on your keyboard

3.Type in the new name for your file

Proposition:

● Move 'Rename' option to above 'Cut'

● Clicking 'Cut' accidentally will not delete the file

● You can still 'Rename' it

● Added layer of security on DVDs, they can't be opened inside Library (without borrowing)
