Vandelay Industries is Donating $1,500,000 to the City of Philadelphia to create a semi-permanent facility serving the homeless by 10/02/2018.

Your team has been hired as the Creative Consultant for this task.

Site: Northeast Corner of the Municipal Services Building Plaza, 1401 JFK Boulevard

The new one-story facility you design will remain in place for a minimum of one year.

Medical: provide a care/treatment center – Team 3

Education: create teaching opportunities (examples: Health/K-12/Job Skills) – Team 1
