At Caerula Mar we offer the option to dine à la carte or the opportunity to engage in a pre-purchased dining experience. Menus are curated weekly by our Executive Chef using fresh, seasonal produce and often include an array of locally sourced seafood. Allow our team to guide you through Caerula Mar’s Culinary

Experience, which includes our à la carte menus as well as our themed dinners held several times per week.

Our Culinary Experience includes:

Breakfast

Choice of breakfast entree, coffee, tea, freshly squeezed juices

Lunch

Choice of a shared plate & lunch entrée

Dinner

Choice of appetizer, dinner entrée, dessert or cheese plate

Complimentary CMC bottled still & sparkling water with all meals

An In-Room Welcome Amenity

 The Culinary Experience is applied to all guests sharing a room and priced per person per night, in addition to your nightly accommodation rate. Surcharges may apply for premium menu selections such as lobster or special dining experiences such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve Dinner, Chef ’s tastings, room service & specialty dinner locations. Wedding or special event

dinners are not included and must be arranged with the resort directly.

Smoothies & specialty coffees from Switcha are not included and will be charged separately. Order one shared plate per two guests at lunch. All mini-bar items are billed independently.

The Culinary Experience is subject to 12% VAT and 15% Gratuity and Island tax.
