The Buckingham Team Directory
Thank you to everyone who attended both the construction update meeting on 3/16 and the resident town hall meeting on 3/22 with our new SQLC CEO, Stan Water-house. I know Stan enjoyed having an opportunity to visit with many of you after the meeting and he plans to spend regular time at all our communities working with the team to ensure both resident and staff satisfaction are the best in the industry. For those of you that missed the construc-tion update, copies of their presentation are available in the administrative offices. We will schedule another con-struction meeting like this in late April or early May so we keep communication lines open.
We are acutely aware of the ongoing disruption around the community with the balcony project and construction activ-ities. With the spring weather upon us, you'll notice we have worked on sprucing up the areas of the community where we can. The front entrance has been power washed and the spring plantings are complete. As soon as the Windsor courtyard patios are complete we will be getting this area back in order so you will have another outdoor area to enjoy. You may have also noticed we put a few tables and chairs out behind garage D. This is a nice quiet area to relax and enjoy nature.
On a separate note, I want to encourage you all to review the bulletin board and in-house channel daily. We continue to have a number of scams affecting our residents including the IRS scam and most recently, the situation where strangers are trying to flag down residents while driving, saying they have something wrong with their car. Please be on the alert and continue to report anything out of the ordinary.
In closing, just a reminder that we will have recycling bins in the rotunda beginning Friday, April 1st. They will be emptied weekly thru the end of April. These are for any personal business paperwork you may keep on file for taxes. Please avoid putting any generic, non-confidential info in these bins and use the normal trash rooms for these items.

In February, some of you had an op-
portunity to meet the teachers from
the HUB school to hear about an
opportunity to volunteer.
Well, now its time to visit the school. If you are inter-ested in learning more, join us for a special lunch pre-pared by the students, followed by a tour of the school. The mission is to build a sense of real belonging for everyone and use those relationships to discover and practice individual strengths. Their vision is to provide a place that has a supporting and uplifting communi-
tya place where members are Heard, Understood and Believed in.
